This is a study for participants with a type of blood cancer called mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). The main purpose is to compare pirtobrutinib to other drugs that work in a similar way that have already been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA).
Have mantle cell lymphoma
Have already had treatment
Be well enough to perform their own personal care
Have adequate organ function and blood counts, as measured by blood tests
Have taken the same kind of drug that is being studied in this trial
Have an abnormal tendency to bleed
Have had a stroke or bleeding in the brain within the last six months
Have serious heart disease
Have any problems absorbing food or medicine taken by mouth
